About the role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our growing development company. The focus of the role is to sell first‑time homes, providing excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell newly built first‑time homes to prospective buyers.
- Maintain and update client information using a CRM system.
- Follow up with leads, schedule viewings, and guide customers through the purchase process.
- Work weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
Required profile
- Age between 25 and 38 years.
- Both genders eligible.
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales, specifically first‑time home sales.
- Own transportation is mandatory.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Required skills
- CRM usage and client tracking.
