Asesor Inmobiliario Senior – Asunción

About the role

We are looking for senior real‑estate advisors to join a leading developer in Paraguay. You will sell apartments and houses, both off‑plan and completed, using qualified leads, a showroom and sales material provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales of apartments and houses, from pre‑sale (off‑plan) to ready‑to‑move‑in units.
• Guide clients through the entire process: first contact, property visits, payment plan setup, contract signing and ongoing follow‑up during construction.
• Assist clients with credit qualification, documentation and coordination with banks and government housing programs.
• Maintain a disciplined portfolio: keep the CRM updated, follow up consistently and reactivate cold contacts.
• Generate own prospects through referrals, personal network and previous clients.
• Report weekly sales numbers to the commercial team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven real‑estate sales experience, preferably in off‑plan sales.
• Deep knowledge of the reservation, contract and deed processes.
• Understanding of bank credit and income‑to‑payment ratios.
• Familiarity with Asunción and Gran Asunción neighborhoods and micro‑zones.
• Fluent in Spanish and Guaraní.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability for a commercial agenda that includes some weekends.

Required skills

• Professional use of a CRM system.
• Use of WhatsApp Business as a sales channel.
