Asesor de ventas comerciales

About the role

The Commercial Sales Advisor will be responsible for growing and managing the client portfolio of a steel and construction materials company. You will identify business opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and ensure each customer receives excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and expand the client portfolio through calls, on‑site visits and prospecting.
• Prepare quotations, follow up offers and close sales while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery logistics with internal teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information in company systems and collaborate with other departments to improve commercial processes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the metallurgical, industrial or construction‑materials sector.
• Strong communication, active listening and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven ability to conduct commercial phone calls, field visits and client follow‑up.
• Result‑driven with proactive prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Good presence, teamwork attitude and organized agenda management.
• Willingness to quickly learn basic technical knowledge of steel products and construction materials.
