Asesor Comercial – Ventas y Atención al Cliente

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join a leading company in Ciudad del Este. The role focuses on managing incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales through proactive outreach and client visits.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage commercial leads generated through various company channels.
• Contact leads via phone and other communication methods to assess needs.
• Qualify opportunities and provide detailed information about products or services.
• Schedule and conduct on‑site visits to present proposals and advance the sales process.
• Record and update all interactions in the company’s CRM or related systems.
• Achieve defined sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in call‑center environments, sales, or customer service.
• Own reliable transportation (car or motorcycle) for client visits.
• Availability to work on‑site in Ciudad del Este.
• Proficient use of standard computer tools.
• Experience in banking, finance, or real‑estate sectors is a plus.
