Analista Senior de Calidad

About the role

The Senior Quality Analyst will maintain, audit and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards. The role involves data‑driven monitoring of key performance indicators using SAP and advanced Excel analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and control documentation, procedures, work instructions and records to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
• Plan, execute and follow up internal audits; act as liaison during client or certification body audits.
• Lead root‑cause investigations of complaints, deviations or process failures using 5 Whys, Ishikawa and 8D methods, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Manage quality notifications, lot inspections, stock blocks/releases and related metrics within SAP QM/MM modules.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports in Excel to track QMS effectiveness, waste, cost of non‑quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities across the value chain using process‑management and statistical analysis.
• Train operational and cross‑functional staff on QMS procedures, quality culture and best practices.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficiency with SAP QM and MM modules.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis techniques (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D).
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs related to quality performance.
