Analista Digital Senior

About the role

Civis is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst who combines strong analytical thinking with a results‑driven mindset. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple performance campaigns and continuously adapting to new tools and trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Analyse daily metrics, results and campaign behaviour to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and present clear conclusions.
• Track budgets, investments and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate digital‑marketing implementations, tracking, measurement and new‑tool integrations.
• Collaborate with team members and external providers to follow up on tasks and projects.
• Research emerging platforms, automations and solutions that can improve processes.
• Detect issues, propose solutions and ensure their implementation.
