Analista de Marketing Digital y Performance

About the role

The Digital Marketing and Performance Analyst will generate performance reports, benchmarks and social listening insights for Nestlé Business Solutions in Latin America. The role ensures high‑quality, consistent, and analytical deliverables while supporting the configuration of dashboards, queries and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure dashboards and queries in social listening tools such as Talkwalker and Sprinklr.
• Produce a variety of reports covering social media performance, campaign results, competitive analysis and web analytics.
• Maintain quality control of reports and document internal metrics (KPIs/SLAs).
• Present findings to stakeholders and provide technical support to team members on queries, tools and analyses.
• Implement automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing, social intelligence or similar roles, preferably in a marketing agency.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business opportunities.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and automation.
