Agrochemical Sales Manager – Paraguay

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agro‑chemical exporter, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its agrochemical business in Paraguay. You will act as the primary representative of EASTCHEM, promoting our crop‑protection products and supporting local customers with technical and commercial expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consultative selling of EASTCHEM’s products, covering registration, sample delivery, product introduction, business challenge analysis, client workshops, quotations, pricing and negotiations.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues and market developments in Paraguay.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events and association meetings, advocating for our product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely technical support and sustainable innovation for Paraguayan customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agrochemical commercial activities in Paraguay.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in multinational companies is preferred.
