Accounting Manager – Multi-Client Accounting

About the role

Curvion Blue is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for multiple client companies. This hands‑on leadership position involves overseeing day‑to‑day accounting activities, guiding Staff Accountants, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end close processes for several clients simultaneously.
• Review and approve work of Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers.
• Maintain accounting controls and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate closely with Controllers, leadership, and clients to deliver reliable financial information.
• Coach and develop accounting team members, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling accounting for multiple companies or clients at once.
• Background in fractional, outsourced, public accounting, CAS, or similar multi‑client environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle accounting knowledge, including GAAP‑based accrual accounting.
• Experience managing month‑end close and financial statement preparation.
• Ability to review and mentor the work of junior accounting staff.
