Accounting and Finance Senior Analyst

About the role

Van Hessen is seeking an Accounting and Finance Senior Analyst to lead core finance activities and support business performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and compliance. The role also involves coordinating local IT resources and collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and external accounting partners.
• Oversee accounting records, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support liquidity management.
• Produce financial and management reports for senior leadership.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Provide financial support to procurement and other business functions.
• Monitor licences and permits required for operations.
• Coordinate local IT equipment and support activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounting and/or finance role.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Accounting qualification (essential).
• Experience within manufacturing or a similar industry is desirable.
