Accounting Analyst – Record to Report

About the role

Join Integrated Business Services LATAM as an Accounting Analyst, supporting Nestlé’s finance operations across Latin America. You will be the go‑to expert for Nestlé Accounting Standards and SAP inputs, ensuring accurate reporting and timely month‑end close.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accounting routines, prepare reports and reconcile accounts.
• Enter and validate data in SAP, acting as the primary SAP knowledge holder.
• Run period‑end closing activities and prepare the Balance Sheet for the Nestlé Group.
• Analyze open items, propose solutions, and support LATAM markets with financial queries.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to Nestlé partners across Latin America.
• Respond to internal emails, follow up on pending items, and provide day‑to‑day support.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with international accounting standards (advantageous).
• Background in accounting operations and routines such as reporting, reconciliation, and balance‑sheet preparation.
• Proficiency in SAP is a strong differential.
• Experience leading projects is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
