Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will lead Samsung’s field force operations in the Ciudad del Este retail market. This freelance position focuses on translating commercial and marketing priorities into consistent execution across points of sale, while driving sell‑out growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily field force activities, including scheduling, attendance, POS coverage, productivity monitoring and coaching.
• Execute Samsung’s commercial, product and marketing plans across assigned retail locations.
• Monitor sell‑out, inventory, pricing, product mix, visibility, share of shelf and competitor activity.
• Conduct structured POS visits and retail audits, close execution gaps and escalate operational risks.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, incentives and campaigns to ensure timely market execution.
• Track individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate reports on sales, attendance, inventory, pricing, competitor activity and campaign execution.
• Manage field‑force resources such as uniforms, samples, POP materials and incentives.
• Identify local growth opportunities and recommend actions to increase sell‑out and strengthen Samsung’s retail presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in field force management, retail operations, sales or trade marketing.
• Experience in consumer electronics or the mobile industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach frontline sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Ciudad del Este retail landscape and cross‑border commercial environment.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
