Telecom Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Telecom Operations Specialist you will support the registration, control and security of messaging traffic across multiple channels and regions, ensuring compliant and high‑quality traffic for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
• Process customer sender registration requests directly with mobile network operators and suppliers.
• Ensure traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
• Order numbers (VLN/SC) and enable two‑way communication setups.
• Handle OTT traffic registration for platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line and others.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of registration actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance across processes.

Required profile

• Interest in telecom, messaging or technical operations.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative mindset focused on customer experience.
• Willingness to learn technical tools and registration workflows.
