Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Paraguay)

About the role

This full‑time remote position supports two recruiting pipelines – sales talent (Field Marketing Representatives) across the Mid‑Atlantic region and licensed window and door subcontractors in the company’s operating markets. The role is high‑volume and fast‑paced, ideal for a goal‑focused recruiter who enjoys variety and autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, self‑source candidates, build pipelines, and conduct outbound outreach via calls, job boards, industry platforms, and referrals.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective candidates.
• Identify, engage, and qualify sales talent and licensed window and door subcontractors.
• Conduct quick, engaging phone screens to assess experience, capacity, and fit.
• Schedule interviews with local hiring teams and coordinate hand‑off of qualified subcontractor partners to leadership and compliance.
• Maintain Breezy and other applicant tracking tools organized and up‑to‑date.
• Achieve weekly volume, activity, sourcing, qualification, and hiring targets.
• Communicate clearly, move fast, and stay highly organized in a high‑volume environment.
• Build relationships and consistently generate new leads across both pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong candidate sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and industry‑specific sites.
• Comfortable with phone screening and high‑volume recruiting in a metrics‑driven setting.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) and able to speak Spanish.
• High personal accountability with the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience placing sales and marketing roles and evaluating subcontractor experience.
• Excellent communication and phone presence.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Competitive, energetic, goal‑oriented, and eager to grow.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or contractor/subcontractor recruiting is a strong plus (not required).
