Senior PPC Specialist

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a senior, hands‑on PPC specialist to lead Google Ads and Local Services Ads strategy for a U.S. home‑services marketing agency. You will shape paid‑media approaches for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and related trades while working fully remote from Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy and execution across search, display and shopping.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads, including budget, bids, lead quality and compliance.
• Build and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns that complement Google efforts.
• Design campaign structures, conduct rigorous A/B testing of copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets in real time, reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect ad performance to business outcomes by tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs.
• Produce performance reports for internal and client‑facing review.
• Collaborate with the team on offer alignment, landing pages and lead follow‑up systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on paid‑search experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Proven track record improving ROAS and lowering cost‑per‑lead.
• Fluent, professional written and spoken English.
• Experience working agency‑side on multiple client accounts.
• Based in Latin America.
