Coordinador BTL Nacional

About the role

CRECER Inmobiliaria is looking for a passionate National BTL Coordinator to lead memorable experiences that connect thousands of people with its real‑estate projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the company’s BTL strategy across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the annual BTL action calendar.
• Coordinate activations, launches, inaugurations, fairs and corporate events.
• Manage production and installation of signage for all company projects.
• Oversee suppliers, budgets, logistics and on‑site assembly for each activity.
• Ensure brand image is correctly implemented at all physical touchpoints.
• Guarantee compliance with schedules, quality standards and execution timelines.
• Prepare reports, performance indicators and improvement proposals for each action.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating BTL actions, events or brand activations.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and budgets.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong planning, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
