SDR - Sales Development Representative with exponential bonus

About the role

We are looking for a phone‑first Sales Development Representative who will source, screen, and move candidates through our recruitment pipeline. The role is performance‑driven: the more qualified candidates you deliver, the higher your earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to candidates daily, follow up consistently, and advance them through the pipeline.
• Conduct structured screening calls in both Spanish and English.
• Verify that candidates meet required criteria and assist them with documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS.
• Hand off qualified candidates with a concise summary and receive the associated bonus.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Highly organized and able to work quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Independent and self‑motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
• No sales pressure or cold selling; focus is on people skills and consistency.

Required skills

• Fluent Spanish (daily use).
• Fluent English (daily use).
