Remote Appointment Setter – Lead Response

About the role

This is a full‑time remote position focused on quickly contacting potential customers who have expressed interest in pressure‑washing services. You will answer questions, provide fast price estimates and schedule service appointments, working closely with the business owner to ensure every lead is handled promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new Facebook leads by phone or text within 5–10 minutes of their inquiry.
• Answer incoming questions and calls with confidence, friendliness and professionalism.
• Prepare and send service estimates within 30–60 minutes of the conversation.
• Follow up on approved estimates and book pressure‑washing jobs on the company calendar.
• Record all activities, communications, lead statuses and notes in GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM.
• Persistently follow up with leads who have not yet booked to increase conversion.

Required profile

• C2‑level English with clear, confident vocal delivery; experience with US clients is a plus.
• Background in lead generation, appointment setting, phone‑based customer support or sales.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office with reliable high‑speed internet and a quality headset.
• Strong multitasking skills and responsiveness in a fast‑moving lead environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM) or comparable customer‑relationship management tools.
