About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to work the evening shift (14:00‑22:00) at a reputable hotel in the Sacramento area of Asunción. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Handle reservations, including registration and updates.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee a high‑quality guest experience.
• Record and maintain accurate guest and reservation information.
• Resolve and follow up on any issues that arise during the shift.
• Adhere to established operational procedures and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong service orientation, responsibility, and punctuality.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of solving problems independently.
• Good judgment and ability to manage situations autonomously.
• Basic computer literacy.
• English and/or Portuguese knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Availability to work onsite during the specified hours.
