About the role
We are seeking a Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising professional to shape and supervise the visual identity of our retail locations, create engaging brand experiences and coordinate commercial actions across multiple brands and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the look & feel of stores, facades, windows and displays.
- Develop visual proposals aligned with commercial campaigns and seasonal themes.
- Coordinate activations, events and brand experiences.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers.
- Administer and commercialize spaces within points of sale.
- Develop and coordinate POP materials and activation elements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor actions.
- Supervise correct implementation of brand image in stores.
- Incorporate AI tools for creative proposals and process optimisation.
Required profile
- Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented.
- Self‑managed with strong execution focus.
- Commercial vision and strong negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in retail, trade marketing or visual merchandising is valued.
- Own mobility required.
