About the role
We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Advisor to join our team in Villa Morra, Asunción. The role focuses on selling intangible products such as telecommunications services, insurance, credit, and internet plans through outbound calls.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone and present product offerings.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve performance.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 months experience in selling intangible products (e.g., telecom, insurance, credit).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work part‑time (6‑hour shifts) on‑site.
