Operational Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Coordinator who can turn strategy into concrete actions, ensuring that team plans, decisions and objectives become clear tasks with owners, priorities and deadlines. The role bridges planning and execution, supervising daily team activities so that work is delivered on time and with quality.

Key responsibilities

• Organise projects, assign tasks and track progress across multiple work streams.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, identify pending items and keep visibility on the status of each front.
• Ensure every team member knows what to do, by when and with what priority.
• Intervene promptly when risks of disorder or delays arise.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, boards and information sources that support smooth team operations.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability to manage several projects, responsibilities and dates simultaneously.
• Consistent follow‑up to see tasks through to completion and detect delays.
• Capacity to translate objectives into clear action plans with stages, owners and deadlines.
• Proactive anticipation of dependencies and potential issues.
• Clear communication, firmness with empathy and low tolerance for operational chaos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Experience using Gemini or similar AI tools.
• Hands‑on knowledge of project‑management platforms such as Asana, Notion, Trello or equivalents.
