Messaging Registration Analyst

About the role

As a Messaging Registration Analyst you will support the registration, control, and security of messaging traffic across multiple channels and regions, ensuring compliant, high-quality traffic for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the global sender registration database.
• Process customer sender registration requests directly with MNOs and suppliers.
• Ensure traffic security through content restrictions and template registration.
• Support region-specific and product-based registration processes, including OTT traffic on platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, etc.
• Order numbers (VLN/SC) and enable two-way communication setup between customers and end users.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of registration actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance across defined processes.

Required profile

• Interest in telecom, messaging, or technical operations roles.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer experience.
• Willingness to learn technical tools and registration workflows.
