About the role
AVEVA is seeking a driven Lead Development Representative (LDR) for the Southeast Asia market, based in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur. You will be a key part of the go‑to‑market team, responsible for qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting to generate high‑quality sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and respond to inbound leads, using qualification frameworks to determine fit and sales readiness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and maintain accurate lead data in the CRM.
- Plan and build targeted prospect lists, research accounts and decision‑makers, and craft personalized outreach across email, phone and social platforms.
- Follow a qualification framework to uncover business needs, budget and buying intent, then transition prospects to the sales organization.
- Work closely with local marketing, technical sales and other stakeholders to align activities with market priorities.
- Track outreach activity, record interactions in the CRM and continuously refine messaging based on performance data.
Required profile
- Proactive communicator with strong planning and engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker who can collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Curious, collaborative and motivated to make an impact through technology.
Required skills
- CRM (experience with lead management and data enrichment).
