About the role
Almacen de Viajes is looking for a motivated Junior Travel Agent to join its multilingual team in Asunción. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking personalized travel solutions, handling inquiries, reservations and supporting the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage travel‑related inquiries and assist clients with reservations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and car rentals.
- Support sales initiatives by upselling travel packages and identifying client needs.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve issues professionally.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish; additional languages (English, French, Portuguese) are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
