About the role
We are looking for a passionate Jefe de Cocina to lead our kitchen operations. You will be part of a multicultural team dedicated to delivering high‑quality culinary experiences for airline, airport and hospitality clients across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute the production plan, ensuring correct proportions and ingredients according to client specifications.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to support seamless service.
- Lead, train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
Required profile

- Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
