Grant Writer – Funding Opportunities & Proposal Development

About the role

Fundación Paraguaya is seeking a motivated Grant Writer to help identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals that advance its social impact projects. The role combines research, writing, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify national and international financing opportunities for the organization.
• Develop, submit, and monitor grant proposals and crowdfunding campaigns.
• Manage awarded grants, donations, and related reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic allies to align funding strategies with project goals.
• Support institutional innovation initiatives through targeted funding efforts.

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates in Social Sciences or related fields.
• Minimum six months experience in project management or administration.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong written communication, organization, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
