About the role

AVEVA is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to architect and drive large‑scale AI initiatives that solve real‑world industrial challenges. This senior, high‑visibility position will translate emerging AI technologies into actionable roadmaps and lead cross‑functional delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges across AI/ML concepts.
• Translate new model architectures and advanced agentic capabilities into clear technical and operational workflows.
• Architect and manage AI technical programs, coordinating decisions across multiple functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn AI use cases, user journeys, and personas into technical roadmaps.
• Establish a unified cadence for AI solution reviews, prioritisation, and resource management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
• Produce reusable guides, templates, and frameworks for AI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in AI technical program management.
• 5+ years leading complex AI/ML initiatives as a technical lead or AI engineer lead.
• Proven ability to abstract bespoke AI strategies into reusable patterns and reference implementations.
• Strong experience working in matrixed, multi‑disciplinary environments.
