CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to own the execution of CRM outreach for our VIP Audiences & Experiences function. The role focuses on building and automating multi‑touch sequences for high‑value client and event audiences, leveraging generative AI to drive measurable sales pipeline. This is an individual‑contributor position reporting to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run multi‑touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP account segments.
• Develop and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows that connect outreach tools, CRM, and data enrichment platforms.
• Use Claude daily to generate outreach copy, conduct contact research, and build workflow logic.
• Track and report pipeline outcomes such as meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data enrichment processes to keep VIP contact records accurate and actionable.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B SaaS or tech services company.
• Hands‑on use of generative AI/LLM tools with prompt‑engineering skills.
• STEM or quantitative degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Physics) or equivalent data‑focused background.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Reply.io.
• Generative AI tool Claude and prompt‑engineering.
• Automation workflow tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.com.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Google Sheets for data handling.
