Country Manager – Affiliate Networks (Paraguay)

About the role

Demopips is seeking a senior Country Manager to lead its affiliate network strategy in Paraguay. You will be the primary face of the brand in the local fintech and affiliate ecosystem, driving growth and building strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and affiliate expansion strategies.
• Build, lead, and optimise a high‑performing affiliate partner network.
• Act as Demopips’s ambassador within the local fintech and affiliate space.
• Analyse market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviours to inform growth decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings for local users.
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are met.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the global executive team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager in fintech or affiliate‑focused organisations.
• Strong leadership experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with hands‑on experience in growth and campaign execution.
