Business Order Administration Associate

About the role

As a Business Order Administration Associate you will join the Nespresso BOA team within the Record‑to‑Report organization, supporting e‑commerce operations across Nespresso markets in LATAM. You will be responsible for executing daily operational activities, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and compliance with procedures while delivering high‑quality service to internal market stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer registrations and account updates.
• Support order management activities and ensure timely execution.
• Follow operational procedures and quality standards.
• Identify and escalate potential issues.
• Ensure accuracy of transactional data and information.
• Collaborate with team members and market stakeholders to maintain service continuity.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Graduated or currently studying Business Administration, Economics or International Relations.
