Business Order Administration Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Order Administration Analyst to join our Integrated Business Services team in Asunción. In this position you will support Nespresso’s e‑commerce operations across LATAM, ensuring that online orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Register new online customers and maintain their account information.
• Process orders and account updates before the daily cut‑off to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor the internet channel for suspicious activity and take preventive actions against fraud.
• Deliver services in line with the Service Level Agreements signed with each market and Nespresso HQ.

Required profile

• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, cross‑cultural environment.
• Currently studying or graduated in Business Administration, Economics or International Relations.
