BDR / Closer (Hunter) – Remote Sales for Hotel Property Management System

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative / Closer to join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides a property management system for hotels. This full‑time remote role focuses on hunting new prospects, nurturing leads and closing deals to prove product‑market fit and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential hotel clients and new business opportunities.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs and present the value of the property management solution.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar hunter role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (preferred).
