About the role
Our client, a provider of wellness services, is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage and book client appointments. The role includes handling inbound leads, confirming schedules with patients, and will be supported with comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Provide feedback on leads to improve the outreach process.
- Call patients to confirm their appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and addressing any questions.
- Post relevant content on social media platforms to promote services and engage the audience.
Required profile
- Experience with warm calling and texting, demonstrating ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Motivated and bubbly personality, with an extraverted and collaborative approach to teamwork.
