About the role

Marchando Import & Export S.A., a Paraguayan company that manufactures adhesive traps for rodents and flies and handles import and distribution of various products, is seeking a Sales Representative to expand and manage its client portfolio across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market prospecting and generate new business opportunities.
• Perform commercial visits to potential and existing customers.
• Track sales opportunities, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the logistics team.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously.
• Own transportation is a plus but not required.
