Tele‑seller (Televendedor) – Part‑time

About the role

The Tele‑seller will work on a part‑time basis from the office in Asunción, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell the company's products and services. The role involves following up on commercial opportunities, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive daily calls to present offers, promotions and services.
• Track commercial opportunities, update records and close sales ethically.
• Answer client inquiries, provide accurate information and register all interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to meet sales targets and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telephone sales, customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills and result‑orientation.
• Team player with an empathetic, patient and professional attitude.
• Basic organizational abilities and willingness to continuously learn new products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic use of spreadsheet software.
• Effective use of email for communication and follow‑up.
