Technical Manager (Remote)

About the role

As a Technical Manager at BairesDev, you will act as the technical expert in client conversations, translating needs into concrete solutions, proposals and team compositions. You will work closely with sales, delivery and presales to showcase the value of our delivery model.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, converting requirements into clear documents and articulating our delivery model.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert representing BairesDev.
• Engage in technical discussions to determine optimal solutions and team structures.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
