Talent Coach

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Talent Coach to join its remote Talent Coaching team. In this role you will work directly with top‑tier freelancers across the globe, helping them overcome performance challenges and elevate their professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching to talent on project management, communication, and professionalism.
• Investigate past performance data and interview recordings to assess compliance with platform standards.
• Design and deliver live webinars, group coaching sessions, and individual workshops.
• Evaluate inbound coaching requests and select the most appropriate coaching method.
• Document coaching activities to measure impact and support ROI‑positive scaling.
• Monitor and improve coaching processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to review performance data and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience coaching or mentoring professionals, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple coaching engagements simultaneously.
