About the role
The Supply Assistant will support the planning and coordination of warehouse replenishment, ensuring that products are available on time through efficient inventory management and import follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, plan and coordinate the supply of warehouse stocks.
- Guarantee timely product availability by managing inventory efficiently.
- Prepare purchase proposals and monitor import processes.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal departments involved in the supply chain.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, especially for imported surgical implants.
Required profile
- Student or recent graduate in International Trade, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Previous experience in a similar supply or procurement role.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables and report generation.
