Senior Human Resources Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst to partner with employees and leaders on a daily basis, delivering comprehensive support across all HR processes. The role aims to foster a positive employee experience while ensuring that practices align with our culture, internal policies, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for staff and managers, advising on people matters, performance management, and team dynamics.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, supporting hiring managers in defining profiles, making decisions, and maintaining a candidate experience that reflects our culture; monitor recruitment budget.
• Identify training needs, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives, support employee career development, and oversee the training budget.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data; produce reports and insights to aid decision‑making; ensure data quality and system updates.
• Handle labor‑relation issues with a balanced approach, guide managers, support disciplinary actions, and maintain regular presence in operational sites.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies, participate in audits, and promote HR best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent, Compensation, Payroll, Controlling & P&D teams and regional COEs; contribute to engagement, culture, and diversity projects; drive process automation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, learning & development, people analytics, and labor relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively, influence stakeholders, and promote a positive workplace culture.
