Senior Amazon Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

An eCommerce solutions provider, whose client optimizes sales channels on Amazon, is looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager. The role takes ownership of Amazon Seller Central accounts and drives marketplace performance, covering PPC, product listings, SEO, FBA, inventory, analytics, account health and eCommerce strategy. It is a full-time, Monday to Friday position (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST) with a remote option.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Amazon accounts end to end, monitoring sales, profitability, conversion rate, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and account health
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content
• Develop strategies to improve sales, visibility, conversion rates and organic growth
• Oversee Amazon PPC performance and analyze Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising reports
• Monitor inventory, FBA performance and restocking needs, and address listing suppressions, policy issues and stranded inventory
• Coordinate product launches, listing updates, promotions and initiatives, and run competitive and market analysis
• Work with creative, PPC, operations and marketing teams, and prepare regular performance reports
• Communicate directly with clients about performance, priorities, challenges and growth strategies

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in the US market
• Proven experience driving marketplace growth and familiarity with Amazon policies and Account Health
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle several accounts and priorities independently
• Strong written and verbal English

Required skills

• Amazon Seller Central, FBA, Amazon PPC and Amazon SEO
• Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Preferred: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, profitability analysis and direct client experience
