Senior Amazon Account Manager – Full Time

About the role

The client, a specialist eCommerce solutions provider, is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts in the US market. You will be the strategic point of contact for assigned brands, driving sales, visibility and overall marketplace performance.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management of assigned Amazon accounts, monitoring sales, profitability, conversion, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and account health.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations, A+ Content) and develop strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, either managing them directly or coordinating with specialists.
• Analyze Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to identify trends, issues and growth opportunities.
• Monitor inventory, FBA performance and restocking needs to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Handle account health issues, policy compliance, listing suppressions and stranded inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and marketplace initiatives with creative, operations and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in the US, with proven marketplace growth.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to work independently across multiple accounts.
