About the role
Nestlé Business Solutions LATAM, through its Integrated Business Services Asunción unit, is hiring a Senior Accounting Assistant in Asunción, Paraguay. The role sits within the Record to Report function and supports the financial operations of the assigned markets in Latin America. The available shift is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Prepare weekly reports and deliver them on time.
- Take part in monthly follow-up meetings (WSR) with the assigned market.
- Follow up on outstanding items and support the Latin American markets.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all supporting documentation required for accounting processes.
Required profile
- Intermediate English.
- Experience in accounting processes such as reconciliations, reports and balance sheets.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or currently studying it.
Required skills
- Intermediate Excel.
