Retail Sales Associate - French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard retail team. You will live and work on a cruise ship, travelling to various destinations while representing premium and luxury brands in a dynamic, immersive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, memorable retail experience for guests on board.
• Promote a curated range of luxury products through in‑store events, fashion shows and presentations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and convey brand culture to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure the shop area is tidy and inviting.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail, preferably with premium or luxury goods.
• Fluent in French with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide high‑level customer service.
• Adaptable, able to thrive in a high‑pressure, ever‑changing environment.
• Team‑oriented and goal‑driven.

Required skills

• Fluency in French.
