Remote Production Coordinator – Administrative Support

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Production Coordinator to support our Pennsylvania construction team. The role focuses on administrative and logistical tasks that keep projects on schedule and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Order dumpsters and manage related logistics.
• Make material ETA and status calls, track and follow up on deliveries.
• Check document status for new subcontractors and assist with onboarding.
• Perform administrative follow‑up tasks that do not require senior decision‑making.
• Maintain up‑to‑date orders, paperwork, and internal tracking systems.
• Recruit subcontractors and provide support to internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and basic Excel functions.
• Tech‑savvy, able to operate multiple digital tools and windows simultaneously.
• Independent, effective time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – basic formulas and V‑LOOKUP.
• Proficiency with digital tools and multi‑screen navigation.

What we offer

• Salary range $1,000 – $1,200 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm EST.
• Remote work – candidate must reside in Paraguay and have reliable high‑speed internet.
