Regional Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Finance Analyst to support our LATAM finance function. The role works closely with finance teams across multiple countries, providing analysis and insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local finance teams across LATAM to gather and analyse regional financial data.
• Prepare and support regional budgeting, monthly reporting and performance monitoring.
• Standardise and improve financial processes, identifying cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems, processes and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to local finance teams on financial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a finance or analyst role, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
