About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the functional side of Talent Acquisition. You will guide a large team of leaders, develop forward‑thinking hiring strategies, and ensure recruitment processes align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Create and implement innovative hiring strategies and initiatives to improve employee well‑being.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes current and effective.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics, and salary settings, ensuring data‑driven decision making.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously refine staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
