Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology services firm as a Recruiting Analyst, supporting talent acquisition projects for a global client base. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal teams to source and present qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Partner with the recruiting team to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: prior experience in IT recruitment.
