Product Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex short‑term rental operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to create products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance.
• Create AI interaction interfaces that allow users to configure agents, understand actions, review decisions and intervene when needed.
• Develop onboarding flows that help operators connect channels, add properties and quickly derive value.
• Craft booking and guest journey experiences, including check‑in, extensions and upsells.
• Build and maintain a design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs account for real data, edge cases and technical constraints.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding essential details.
• Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort with evolving requirements.
