Partner Success Executive - Remote Work

About the role

Manage relationships with Senior Advisors, a group of referral partners who generate leads through introductions. Own the full referral pipeline from onboarding to conversion and build long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new Senior Advisors, set expectations for introductions, engagement cadence and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary contact, maintain structured 1:1 cadence to track pipeline and engagement.
• Guide advisors on targeting strategy, prospect profiles and provide messaging support for high‑quality introductions.
• Monitor performance metrics such as intro‑to‑lead ratio and engagement levels.
• Qualify introductions, engage prospects promptly, manage follow‑up until conversion or disqualification.
• Hand off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation and feedback.
• Drive advisor motivation and retention through tasks, events and networking initiatives.
• Collect feedback to improve program design and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in Account Management or Business Development in a similar environment.
• 1+ year experience working with the US market in sales, business development or account management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
